With a decade of property management experience, including leadership roles for an award-winning SEQ development firm and consultancy for top-performing businesses, Felicity brings a wealth of expertise. She created Powerhouse to revolutionise property management along the Redlands coast.

Felicity is dedicated to changing the narrative of subpar property management. Rejecting cookie-cutter approaches, she prioritises a holistic strategy tailored to each client's unique goals and needs. She is also passionate about educating clients and residents, particularly in the ever-changing legislative landscape, and empowering her clients and residents to make informed decisions.
